The Stained Glass Bluegrass concert(s) have become a popular tradition at Gulf Shores United Methodist Church. In February 2007, the band invited three other like-minded gospel groups to join them in a music concert. The church sanctuary was transformed into a rural home setting and for 90 minutes the four bands thrilled the packed house with good old-time bluegrass gospel music. The response was so great that each year thereafter, we've added an extra night to the series. The 2010 programs were held on four evenings and in 2011, we plan on adding a Sunday afternoon matinee. These five concerts will be held February 24 thru 27, 2011. If you would like to attend, tickets ($10.00) will go on sale the first of February. In 2010, tickets for the four shows sold out quickly, so don't wait until the last minute. If you wait and can't get tickets, well, we told you so.
